[ug-bosug] Bite sized bugs - Anyone?

Having a separate page for request_sponsor doesn't make sense. The bite size
bug page should have been updated with another field indicating sponsor
requested/assigned.

Why make people go through the pain of correlating the two to make sure
others haven't already submitted fixes and awaiting sponsors !?
