You mean how to make the opengrok search web-accessible ?

There is a source.war distributed with opengrok - this is a 
Web-Application ready to be deployed on any AppServer (such as tomcat).

You need to edit the deployment descriptor web.xml in the WAR file and 
setup a few variables and put it in your webapps directory and start the 
appserver.

The OpenGrok manual has verbose instructions:
