also when you right such emails,
you should mention what you did, what happened, did you google for it

remember, when talking with any open source community, you should do 
your homework before asking question
and think what all info somebody would ask for, if he/she were to try 
and solve your problem. Did you send all that info,
which version, which solaris you tried to install

it is Solaris Express or is it Solaris Developer Express etc.

Re-write your email in a better fashion and send it again.
