I found the kernel module which he was talking about,

According to him i need to rebuild it,

i did the following to the opensolaris source,

Hunk #7 succeeded at 342 (offset -1 lines).
Hunk #8 succeeded at 401 (offset 11 lines).
patching file usr/src/pkgdefs/SUNWcpcu/prototype_i386
patching file usr/src/uts/intel/opteron_pcbe/Makefile

I am a newbie to solaris, although i have used linux for the past 1yr i have never compiled kernel modules and all.


So i need to know how should i go about rebuilding only that module next ?
