[ug-bosug] prob in USB HDD boot up

hi folks....

i hv a USB HDD on which Belenix in installed. 
to boot it up i just change the Hard Disk Boot priority from the Advanced BIOS setup menu...
it has the following options
1. 2nd Master : WDC WDB00BD-22LRA0
2. Bootable Add-In Cards
3. USB HDD boot

So i jus change the priority from 3 to 1 so that my USB boots up when i exit BIOS.
it's working fine,, But when power went off i 'm not getting that USB HDD boot option in the menu itself & i can't boot belenix

i shifted to another system in my lab & the same prob occurred on this Box also
WHAT can be the REASON ?

Now how shall i boot to belenix i 'm left with NO option in BIOS ?
