[ug-bosug] How Can we help student to take up a project in OpenSolaris ?

Hi Udit/Saurabh,

How about a GUI for zone and zfs?
Something which can be written in PyGTK.

With buttons like "Create Zone", " Create Pool" etc.. a front end to
zonecfg , zpool etc..
Something which will help a user get up and running with zone.

I suggest PyGTK cause
1) It is bundled with every Solaris Express release (no deployment issues)
2) We could use expect with Python and make the UI frontend supply
commands to the command line programs (backend)
3) Python also has tremendous set of libraries  for XML parsing etc
which might help in the project
4) Python is a nice OO lang, should help a CS student :)
