   You can do that quite easily using Pkgbuild. Just create a spec file 
for the Solaris
   specific things. BTW a qt4 spec file is already present. I'd 
recommend updating
   that:

   
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pkgbuild/spec-files-extra/trunk/SFEqt.spec

   You will need to checkout the whole trunk:
   svn co 
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pkgbuild/spec-files-extra/trunk

   Update the spec file. Put your patches if any in the trunk/patches 
directory. Then
   you can use:
   pkgtool build --download SFEqt.spec
