hello,
good morning.
Yes I did an xhost + and even got the message.
bash-3.00# /usr/openwin/bin/xhost +
access control disabled, clients can connect from any host
And this is the info
bash-3.00# zonecfg -z rhzone info
zonename: rhzone
zonepath: /export/home/zones/rhzone
brand: lx
autoboot: true
bootargs:
pool:
limitpriv:
net:
address: 129.158.210.223/24
physical: nge0
attr:
name: audio
type: boolean
value: true
Now, I am able to launch the nested desktop with startx --
/usr/X11R6/bin/Xnest :1 and run many applications in the GUI mode.
Sorry for the trouble but I have some more question.(Since this is the first
time I am doing this stuff)
1. Why is internet not working? (I have configured the proxy for the linux
browser - what settings am i missing in the zonecfg?)
2. How do I manage the remote login from the Solaris login screen that I
first mentioned about.(This is necessary for running my development app. to
test full screen behaviour.)
Can you please help on this one or point me to some detailed info link.
Thanks,
Ravi.
