I wanted to use the LFY DVD to upgrade the SXCE on my laptop to a
newer release, but alas the stage2 loading of grub fails with the
below error message:

Booting 'Solaris Express'
kernel /boot/platform/i86pc/kernel/unix -B install_media=cdrom
Error 25: Disk read error

Case of a media error !?
