When building the Mozilla binaries with the Sun Studio compiler, I
used the settings documented at
http://dynamicproxy.livejournal.com/9478.html

Later when building the SWT binaries, the same environment settings
were good to get started with. I only had to add some entries to the
environment such as MOZILLA_INCLUDES and other such variables specific
to the SWT build.
