Once setup TWiki I believe provides nice set of features for the
requirements that you posted. Setup efforts is relatively higher.

Mediawiki is best suited for documentation projects. Not suited for
your requirements. Drupal itself has inbuilt wiki, might be ok.
Ananth(site admin for Belenix site that runs on drupal) might be able
to comment on this.

One general comment would be pilot the setup beforing deploying it in
full scale. Final decision based on matrices of feature comparisons is
difficult since they do not take into account many use-cases.
