You can consider it for the project days since it has been clarified
on the foss.in mailing list that the project day proposals are
guidelines to the potential speakers and need not be adhered to in
toto.
Topic like DC is likely to gather good TRP ratings :) and also should
take precedence over "4. Debugging & System Analysis unplugged"
because the potential for ppl to go hands on is higher.
It will gel well with other project day topics.

I should also mention that it is still your prerogative to choose.
