The CfP was supposed to have the project day proposals that were
submitted defining the scope. But I see that the foss.in CfP does not
have this.
This can mean that we do not need to limit the project day to the
initial proposal.

I posted a query on the foss.in mailing list. Wait for a few hours for
the response before submitting ur talk proposal.

Not sticking to the proposal is in a way good that we can fit talks
related to interesting projects like DC into the project day... :)
