[ug-bosug] firefox & thunderbird keeps crashing

hi!
firefox & thunderbird keeps crashing on sxde. the system automatically generates the bug report but don't know whether to post it. whether it's a firefox problem or GNOME issue? firefox that was installed 2.0.0.9 crashes so i installed firefox 2.0.0.14 which still crashes especially the site: eg; in.sun.com
