Abilash,

Overlap represents the complete disk in SMI label.  Can you paste the 
partition table you used for opensolaris installation? For ohac, you can 
just go with the following:

Partition #      mount     size
0                  /               70% of disk size
1                  swap         1.5 x RAM size
2                   overlap      100% of disk
3                  /globaldevices 512MB
