Thanks Ananth and Vijay.

I tried to open the netservices in vain. It didn't change the behavior.

Just a note, I was running another backup application * with out *
'netservices open' and I could run that application.
#ssh -X <another - host> nwadmin

It launched the GUI on my laptop.

I think some thing has be done on remote host (10.15.199.14). Do I
need to configure anything apart from putting ForwardX11 to yes in
ssh_conf?
