Thanks for the inputs.

I required 2 boxes - one each of solaris-sparc and linux on a subnet
for some development purpose. Wanted to see if I can do with just one
sparc box which is relatively under-utilized.

I will probably just go ahead with 2 boxes with nfs shares for common
file access.
