[ug-dfwosug] Next Year: Dallas/Ft. Worth OpenSolaris Users Group?!

Howdy All!

First of all I want to say thank you to everyone.

Thanks you so very much for participating in our 
DFW OpenSolaris Users Group this year! 

Remember that November will be our last meeting of the year.
 
So where do we go from here?  What do we want to do next year?

You are the community, and you hold our future.

So please join our discussion list (ug-dfwosug at opensolaris.org) so that 
we can discuss any ideas and plans you may have for our community and
how we can get more community participation.  All ideas are welcomed.

Future meetings will continue be held on the third Thursday of each 
month as long as we can get more community participation.  
If not we will need to change meetings to be held every other month.

The following are the list of thing I suggest we do:

    * Try to keep meetings monthly
    * Figure out a way to grow the group
    * Get current community members to participate more by presenting &
      sharing experiences
    * Form a board to help guide and drive our community

Let me hear from you as to what you want to see and do this coming year.

I look forward to seeing you at the November meeting and all future OpenSolaris meetings.
