I understand from the opensolaris page that you are the contact person
for user groups  . I am the engagement architect of the public sector in
Venezuela and I want to promote the community around here, schools,
colleges, public and private companies.

Could you advise on how to proceed, where to start and the to-dos to
foster the community around here?.
