[ug-discuss] Portuguese OSUG

Hello people.
We (me and some collegues) have been gathering people that would be interested in creating an OpenSolaris User Group in Portugal.
We hope to create contents, to help other people wanting to start learning about (open) Solaris with no language barriers in place and, in the medium future, to help creating (and to colaborate with) user groups in other Portuguese Speaking nations.
Is there any process in place to set up such a group?
