Conference call is interesting. But which time-zone ?

Once I did such global telephone meetings, and at that time, we rotated
the conference time. For example,  once in morning in Japan(midnight
in Germany), then, next meeting in midnight in Japan(morning in US)...
I think it is not neccessary to rotate, but good enough to have once
in several times for suitable for East Asia people to join.
