[ug-discuss] ? blog feeds for individual ug pages

I've been told that it would require substantial changes to the site and 
not something we can do right now. User group community leaders 
(editors) can add blog feeds to the main user group community, though. 
So, please do. I put a bunch in there in initially, and I see some 
others have added some as well.
