   CDROM boot is much slower than harddisk boot. On fairly fast machines

   3-5 minutes to boot. How much time are you seeing ? What is your 
machine spec:
   RAM, Processor, CDROM speed etc ?

   You can install it to harddisk using hdinstaller after which you 
should see less than
   1 min boot time.
