[ug-bosug] Libssl issue while pkgadd

Yeah. This is a known bug. We had a ON gate heads up regarding the
move from libssl 0.9.7 - libssl 0.9.8. Unfortunately BeleniX 0.4.4
still has the old libssl. This should be fixed in the next release
I guess.
