While building Mozilla on my box, I figured that I don't have some
headers in the tgz that I downloaded from the mozilla site. I've just
started a source checkout.

When trying to build from the 1.7.13 source tgz, I ran into problems
where "gmake -f client.mk" is trying to locate gtk > 1.2, where as
/usr/foss/

Here's what I got from the SWT dev list:
mk_add_options MOZ_OBJDIR=/root/projects/mozilla/mozilla/builddir
ac_add_options --disable-optimize
ac_add_options --enable-default-toolkit=gtk2
ac_add_options --disable-freetype2
ac_add_options --enable-application=suite
mk_add_options MOZ_CO_PROJECT=suite

The checkout is in progress at the moment.
