  I don't see a problem with offering user groups private administrative
  aliases.  Do they really need to be invite-only and moderated?  Do
  user groups also want -announce aliases?

  We don't currently have a generic wiki extension to the site's content
  management as a high priority:  the content management is believed
  acceptable, given other defects/gaps we need to address.  genunix.org
  is offering a MediaWiki installation for community use.  (Perhaps you
  have a specific issue with the content management?)
