   Then that error message is not a problem. This looks like a display
   issue. 0.4_a had a issue where for certain monitors it will select a
   too high resolution so you will get black screen.

   Which desktop did you select - Xfce or KDE or Command Line ?

   I have released 0.4.1 today which should work better for you. I can
   get a CD for you for this release.
