You would need the Solaris Install CD for this.  The procedure is
essentially this:

    - Boot using a Solaris install CD
    - Mount your root partition
    - Clear the password field in /etc/shadow
    - Reboot the machine and login to the root account with no
      password
    - Set a new password for the root account

Use "df -k /" to figure out your root partition
Load a Solaris Install CD
Hit <Stop>-A to enter the OBP
At the "ok" prompt, type "boot cdrom -s"
Mount the root partition on some temporary directory
Open the etc/shadow file and remove the 13-character-wide second
field in the "root" line.
Example:
    Original line:
    root:abCD123456789::::::

    After modification:
    root:::::::

Reboot and login as root without a password.

Please be very careful when you are trying this out.  You could
easily make the system unbootable by making a mistake.  If you are
not familiar with Solaris (or Linux) system administration, I would
recommend you get your sysadmin to fix this.
