I'm surprised by this actually, but no one has called for an Open Solaris User Group in Los Angeles? 

Los Angeles Open Solaris User's Group or 
Southern California Open Solaris User's Group?

Okay, I'll bite then.. Anyone in the greated LA area interested in forming LAOSUG or SOCALOSUG?

I know there is the Unix Users Association of Southern California that meets at Sun in El Segundo, CA. 

Maybe this could be an extension of this group or it's own group entirely.
