Well, we speak some kind of spanish named "Arcaico Rioplatense"...
Hispano is valid for everybody that speaks spanish, and Latino is everybody who spaek a latin language (including Italian, French, Hungarian, etc.).
So, hispano I think is more representative for this initiative. (hispasol, maybe eñesol ;-) )
