[ug-bosug] HDD Query

Hi

While I tried to mount harddisk I found a lot of hdd device files of the sort c2d0p0.. Can I know the scheme on which these names are assigned.. What does the c,d,p,etc denote.. How do I identify the windows and linux partitions.. What is the difference between /dev/dsk and /dev/rdsk..
