[ug-frosug] Minutes from 9/11 Planning meeting

Hi All

 From here on, we will be posting minutes of the weekly planning  
meetings for frosug. There will also be regular agendas and a call  
number for dialing into them. The meetings are weekly at 13:30 MST on  
Tuesdays,  they typically last 30mins. Everyone  is welcome to these  
meetings.
