I'll cop to being somewhat of an outsider, as I'm lurking on this 
mailing list. But I'd suggest that everyone collectively decide if one 
meeting glitch is in the 20% of items that contribute 80% of the 
benefit, or is part of the 80% of items that combined yeild all of 20% 
of the benefit. As an outsider looking in, I'm going to respectfully 
suggest this one meeting glitch is in the latter category. Generally 
speaking, it's more effective to throw one's limited time/effort/energy 
at the 20% of things that yield 80% of the benefit.

Coding is fun. Focus on that.
