Why is another website needed?  What could be done there that can't be done on the current website?

P.S. -- I'll surely be taking notes for my own understanding, and will gladly share what I get with you.  However, I suspect I'll be greatly error prone in this area as I have only the tiniest knowledge of the current group dynamic and will have a lot to absorb in the first meeting I attend.  Someone who already has a grasp of what is going on and who has been in the heat of the decision-making process these past three months will surely be a better source for you.
