Understood -- in most situations that's probably best I suppose. FWIW, 
when it's my perceived action(s) you want to criticize, I still prefer 
it to be public -- wierd as that sounds.

P.S. Just a point of clarificiation, (as I said elsewhere I believe) 
GLUG leadership doesn't lie solely with me, it is shared. The co-leaders 
are the two people who have volunteered (so far) to help plan -- Chris 
and Russell -- and me.
