[ug-glug] Coming up with a regular meeting day

At some point we need to come up with something like officers, and 
whoever is secretary needs to be someone who can handle web pages.  Give 
it some time: we'll get it worked out.

As far as meetings go, I think we need to be able to adjust to when the 
out of town experts are  going to be in town.
