Great thank you for the reminder...

I have a question though... is it worth going to the Zones breakfast if
the OpenSolaris group will have the same speaker/topic? Not sure if the
speaker wanted to do the presentation over again or if it would be more
Q&A and such format, maybe building on the breakfast?

Alec

Subject: [ug-glug] Reminder: Next meeting now Feb 7

In case you missed it last week, I just wanted to remind everyone that
the date of the next OpenSolaris Great Lakes Users Group meeting has
moved from Feb 1 to Feb 7. The reason is because Sun has instituted a
new series of presentations where they will be bringing in a different
guest speaker once a month on various Solaris 10 topics. We are
aligning our meetings to this schedule, so that the guest speaker can
present to us also.

The time and location are the same as before, but the date is now Feb 7:

  Date: February 7, 2006 (Tuesday)
  Time: 7:00 pm - ?
Location: Laurus Technologies Inc. (directions below)
  Agenda:
   - Writing DTrace Scripts, Part 1: Chip Bennett
   - Zones: Linda Kateley
   - TBD
   (stay tuned...)

Regards,
Eric Boutilier, Chip Bennett, Russell Rezaian

-----------
Directions:

Laurus Technologies, Inc.
1091 W Hawthorn Drive
Itasca, IL 60143

Coming from Rohlwing, turn east onto Hawthorn. This is an industrial
park with lots of small one story buildings. The entrance to the
parking
lot is the second left. (First left is Maplewood.) We're the second
building from the street. There are 4 doors on that side of the
building
(the east side). The first or most southern door is another business.
Our first entrance is the second door, which is the one you should use.
