Does Milwaukee WI count as being in the "Great Lakes" region?

I have to teach a J2EE class the week of May 12 thru May 16, for FedEx
Ground, in Milwaukee (actually, a suburb of Milwaukee, New Berlin).
So neither Itasca nor downtown is good for me that week. But in case
no one wants to hold the May 12 meeting in Wisconsin, I could probably
grab some high-speed transportation to downtown Chicago in time for an
evening meeting, and then manage to be back in New Berlin sometime
before 8:30am the next morning, in time to deliver the second day of
class. However, it seems from exit polls of the early voters that
Itasca will be chosen over Chicago. No way will I be able to make it
to the distant suburb of Itasca in time if I have to be in New Berlin
until 4:30pm.

(Incidentally, the client will be using Weblogic for their application
server, alas, and not Glassfish; but maybe I can install Glassfish on
their computers and demo it. Does anyone know how to install
Glassfish on a Microsoft Windows platform? That's the platform the
client will be using for the class, alas, and I'm pretty helpless when
it comes to any administrative tasks whatsoever on a Microsoft Windows
system. If anyone is going to be in the area of New Berlin during the
week of April 28 thru May 2, when I will be teaching the Java
Fundamentals class, you're welcome to come over and show me how to get
Glassfish working on a Windows system.)
