[ug-hosug] A few questions.

Hi all,

I just started off with opensolaris recently, got it installed on my laptop
(acer aspire 5050)
with ease. I am using solaris exp. dev ed. snv 55b ( think that translates
to nevada build 55).

I observed the following:
a) It does not detect my atheros card. This I am sure has to be in some faq,
but where ?
b) I get no sound. Any faq ?
c) I have amd turion 64 but all binaries on my install seem to be 32 bit.
why ?

What I found really weird was that the first time I installed opensolaris it
happily detected
my wifi, and sound card but on second install it doesn't. In between the two
installs I had
installed linux on it.

Has anyone tried compiling clisp on their solaris machines ?
