[website-discuss] Urgent download issue

I tried to upload the files:

	frkit.manifest.i386
and
	frkit.motd

after removing the old version (as that used to be required)

Unfortunately, the website now refuses these files to be uploaded.

Please fix this.  There should be no restriction, IMHO, on the
type of download files as those are generally not displayed in
webbrowsers.

This needs to be urgently fixed as frkit from opensolaris.org
now no longer works.
