Folks,

The links to ARC cases from the comments of source files is broken. They 
all point to following defunct link

http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/yyyy/nnn

but instead should point to

http://arc.opensolaris.org/caselog/PSARC/yyyy/nnn

If anyone can resolve the issue, that will be of great help.
