Thanks Bonnie.

It is still not clear to me that we have to wait for a new constitution
to address some of the website implementation compromises. I don't
see things as black and white. The OGB may be able make interpretations
that help your team make advances prior to a new constitution being
approved. I already see some opportunities. I welcome learning more
about the specific constitutional areas impacting your team, when you
have time.
