[webstack-discuss] Status of webmin verification with Web Stack components (Apache 2.2.6, MySQL 5.0, PHP 5.2.4 and Squid 2.6)

I have updated the Webmin wiki page 
<http://wikis.sun.com/display/WebStack/Webmin> with the latest status of 
Webmin verification with Web Stack components, namely Apache 2.2.6, 
MySQL 5.0, PHP 5.2.4 and Squid 2.6.

Status in brief:
* Webmin v1.34 (currently bundled in SXDE) is able to configure all the 
above Web Stack components. We did find some bugs during sanity testing 
which we found are fixed in Webmin v1.37. We are hence requesting Randy 
Fishel (who has been integrating Webmin into sfw) to integrate the 
latest Webmin version into sfw.
* We had to configure the corresponding Webmin modules to point to the 
Web Stack component locations. We are working with Randy to contribute 
these configuration changes back to the Webmin community.
* The Webmin configuration files and the steps to patch the 
corresponding Webmin modules will be posted on the wiki soon.

To do:
* Going forward, we need to work with the Web Stack QA team to see if 
they can pick up the task of verifying the Webmin modules before each 
Web Stack release.
