Hello,

I am working on the CommunityOne conference which is hosted by Sun 
Microsystems. This free and open developer conference takes place May 5th 
in San Francisco. We are looking for speakers to help define what the 
conference should cover. We thought that this might be of interest to your 
group.

The call for participation deadline is January 31st. You can visit the 
CommunityOne website at  http://developers.sun.com/events/communityone/ 
for the most up to date information. Below is some information on the 
topics we have to date. 

Submit a session on the subject of your choice: 

1. Free and Open (Any and all topics encouraged.  It's your conference, 
help create it. )

Or submit a session in one of the proposed topics (this list will change 
based on your proposals):

   3. Operating Systems
   4. Web Servers and Databases
   5. Scripting Languages: Content Authoring and RIAs
   6. Tools and Integrated Development Environments
   7. Next Generation Web Applications
   8. Web Scale Computing
