I think i got it.

Yesterday i was able to connect my VM to the Internet using NAT. I have created a etherstub device and a vnic bridged on the etherstub. The etherstub runs as a Switch without a address. The Vnic hast the address 10.0.0.1 and my guest 10.0.0.2. I have added in the guest 10.0.0.1 as gateway and 192.168.2.1 for DNS. It works. Don't know why :/
If i have installed my VM's in XEN i will deploy some Zones in the same Subnet next week. Hopefully it works to :)
