Yep, this is in the plans.  Besides the obvious changes to the install
and upgrade tools, we need ZFS support for 'clone swap' (6276916), which
would allow you to take a clone and make it the active filesystem,
switching places with the other. 

We think the idea is pretty cool too ;-)
